Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は冷蔵庫等の断熱箱体として使用され、
かつ表面にアルミ薄をラミネートしたボール紙等
を外箱の一部として使用した断熱箱体の改良に関
するもので、安価に製造できるようにすることを
目的の一つとするものである。

来の断熱箱体はボール紙dの切断端面hが外気に
さらされているため、外気中の水分が、この切断
端面hよりボール紙dに侵入し、断熱性能を劣化
させる欠点を有していた。

部には切断端面14が断熱材11側に露出する如
く折返し部13が形成されている。また折返し部
13は第2図の二点鎖線で示すように、あらかじ
め鋭角状に折曲され、断熱材11の発泡時に治具
(図示せず)にてフランジ12に押当てたとき、
密着させるようにクツシヨン性が持たされ、発泡
時におけるシール性の向上をはかつている。

泡断熱材側に露出させたもので、外箱全体を複雑
な形状にする時、適当な部分に該ラミネートした
板体を用いることができるので、従来のような鋼
板にて全体を折曲形成したり、部分的に溶接する
ような大掛りな設備や、複雑な作業工程が不要で
あり、かつ軽量化も計れる。また板体側が発泡断
熱材側に位置するので外箱とラミネートした板体
との接続は発泡断熱材の接着力で行なえるため該
作業も省ける。さらにこの接続部分においては板
体の切断端面からの吸湿により断熱性能が劣化す
ることがなく、またその吸湿防止のために別途前
記端面のシールを施す作業も不要となり、簡単な
構成でかつ安価に製造できる等、種々の利点を有
するものである。
