て、1は断熱性の冷蔵庫本体の前面に設けられた
扉体、2は塗装鋼板製の扉外板、3は扉外板1の
外周部に嵌着された断面ほぼコ字状の枠部材、4
は扉外板2と枠部材3とで構成した扉体1の内部
に発泡充填されたポリウレタンフオームなどの断
熱材、5は枠部材3の内面にねじによつて外周部
が固定された扉内板、6は枠部材3に固定されて
冷蔵庫内の冷気を外部と遮断するガスケツトであ
る。7は扉外板2の前面一側部に全高にわたつて
固着されたハンドルベース、8は裏面からホツト
スタンプおよびシルクスクリーン印刷の2次加工
を施した透明板で構成された化粧板であり、化粧
板8は上記ハンドルベース7の前面に両面テープ
(図示せず)などの貼着材によつて固着されてい
る。9は扉体1を開閉操作するためのハンドルで
あり、ハンドル9は把手部10と基部11が一体
に形成されたハンドルボデイ12、およびハンド
ルボデイ12に嵌着されたハンドルカバー13に
よつて構成され、ハンドルボデイ12はハンドル
ベース7および化粧板8を介してねじ14により
扉外板2に対し固定されている。15はハンドル
9の把手部10を持つて扉を開閉する使用上の強
度に耐えられるように、扉体1内に本体部16が
埋込まれて設けられたアンカーナツトであり、こ
れらのナツト15にねじ14が締付けられてい
る。

層、中間層および表面層を積層した合成樹脂シー
トを用いて真空成形した扉外板、17は扉外板2
の一側部に扉外板2の全高にわたつて一体に形成
した凸状部であり、凸状部17の前面部には段部
を介して若干凹んだ凹部18がハンドルボデイ1
2の基部11と対向する位置に形成されている。
上記凹部18に基部11を嵌めることによつてハ
ンドルボデイ12の取付位置を位置決めすると共
にねじ14の締付時にハンドルボデイ12の回り
止めをしており、さらに凹部18は凸状部17に
前面に対し高さ寸法Hの段差が設けられているの
で、ハンドル9の取付部分における扉外板2の強
度を大きくしている。19は扉外板2の凸状部1
7前面にホツトスタンプおよびシルクスクリーン
印刷を直接施して形成した印刷意匠部であり、こ
の意匠部19によつて、従来のもののように別部
品からなるハンドルベースや化粧板を用いずに、
従来のものと同等以上の意匠効果を得ることがで
き、ハンドルベースおよび化粧板を廃止したこと
で、冷蔵庫の扉を安価に製作できる。また、凸状
部17と一体に設けた凹部18によつて、ハンド
ル9取付用のアンカーボルトも廃止でき、部品点
