以下、本考案を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述す
る。建築用板Aは軟質発泡合成樹脂層3を表面材
1および裏面材2でサンドイツチ状にはさんで構
成されてあり、軟質発泡合成樹脂層3の端面は露
出してある。軟質発泡合成樹脂層3は軟質発泡ウ
レタン樹脂等で形成されてある。表面材1はアル
ミニウムや鉄や硬質合成樹脂などで形成されてあ
る。裏面材2は通気性の少ない硬質ウレタンやア
ルミニウム箔などで形成されてある。したがつて
軟質発泡合成樹脂層3の気泡が連通タイプのもの
であつても、通気性の少ない表面材1および裏面
材2の存在により独立気泡と同等の断熱効果が付
与されるのである。第3図はジヨイナー8を用い
た建築用板Aの施工状態を示してある。同図aは
ジヨイナー8を釘9にて取付材10に固定してあ
り、ジヨイナー8のT字状の連結部11の各差し
込み片12を隣り合う建築用板Aの軟質発泡合成
樹脂層3の端面に差し込んである。同図bは入隅
コーナーを形成するように隣り合う建築用板Aを
ジヨイナー8のY字状の連結部11の各差し込み

面材に加わる衝撃は軟質発泡合成樹脂層で吸収す
ることができて割れが生じにくくなるという利点
