An ear portion 8 that can be pushed into the fitting ear portion 7 is formed, and a soft rib 10 is protruded from the outer surface of the ear portion 8 to be pressed against the outer surface on the side of the fitting ear portion 7. A recessed portion 2 is formed by bending the plate material 1 to fill the inner surface with a heat insulating material, and a recessed portion 2 is formed along the entire circumferential surface of the recessed portion 2 including the inner surface of the side wall at the one side edge and the other side edge. At the same time, a soft urethane foam layer 3 is laminated, and a hard urethane foam 4 is bonded to the soft urethane foam layer 3 with an adhesive 6 on top of the soft urethane foam layer 3 to form the recessed portion of the exterior plate material 1. This relates to a building board made by filling in 2.

点があつた。 Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, the hard urethane foam 3' shrinks or expands due to aging and temperature changes in the recessed part 2' formed by bending the exterior board 1', as shown in Fig. 2a. Warping occurs as shown in Figures 3a and 3b, and therefore, when the work is done in a wavy manner, it results in undulations as shown in Figures 3a and 3b, resulting in a disadvantage that the finished surface is not flat.

にある。 The present invention was made in view of these drawbacks, and its purpose is to interpose a soft urethane foam layer between the exterior plate material and the hard urethane foam. The soft urethane foam layer can absorb shrinkage or expansion due to changes over time and temperature, and can prevent the deformation of the hard urethane foam from affecting the exterior panels, allowing the surface of the exterior panels to remain flat for many years. Moreover, by laminating and adhering the soft urethane foam layer to the entire surface of the exterior panel, it is possible to prevent the soft urethane foam layer from shifting relative to the exterior panel, and the back side of the exterior panel can be prevented from shifting. When construction is carried out by placing a soft urethane foam layer on the building board and attaching it to the building board, the elasticity of the soft urethane foam layer can be utilized, and therefore the adhesion of the joints of the building board can be increased. In addition, by bonding the hard urethane foam to the soft urethane foam layer with adhesive, the hard urethane foam can penetrate into the soft urethane foam layer. To provide a building board that can prevent this and maintain the elasticity of a soft urethane foam layer over a long period of time.

has been formed. A soft urethane foam layer 3 is adhered along the entire inner peripheral surface of the recessed portion 2 using the self-adhesive properties of urethane resin. The density of the soft urethane foam layer 3 is about 0.005 to 0.009, and the thickness a is about 2 to 3 m/m. A recess 5 for filling the hard urethane foam 4 is formed on the back side of the soft urethane foam layer 3. This recess 5 is filled with a hard urethane foam 4 with an adhesive (primer) 6 interposed therebetween, and the hard urethane foam 4 is adhered to the soft urethane foam layer 3. The density of the hard urethane foam 4 is about 0.01 to 0.2. In this way, the hard urethane foam 4 is prevented from penetrating into the soft urethane foam layer 3, so that the elasticity of the soft urethane foam layer 3 can be maintained. Furthermore, by filling the hard urethane foam 4 on the soft foam layer 3, even if the hard urethane foam 4 shrinks or expands due to changes in temperature or aging, this deformation can be absorbed by the soft foam layer 3. This prevents the deformation of the hard urethane foam 4 from spreading to the exterior plate material 1. 7 in the figure is a fitting ear part,
Reference numeral 8 denotes a lug that can be fitted into the fitting lug 7, and the building board 9 is connected by pressing the fitting lug 7 into the lug 8 of the adjacent exterior board 1. 10 is a rib 10 made of soft vinyl chloride resin provided on the outer surface of the ear portion 8. Thus, when the building boards 9 are connected, the surface of the exterior board 1 can be kept almost flat, and due to the elasticity of the soft urethane foam layer 3 bonded to the back surface of the exterior board 1, The ear part 8 and the fitting ear part 7 can be joined in close contact with each other, and moisture can be prevented from penetrating into the ceiling or behind the wall.

り込むのを強力に抑制できるという利点がある。 As mentioned above, the present invention has a soft urethane foam layer interposed between the exterior board material and the hard urethane foam, so the soft urethane foam absorbs the shrinkage or expansion of the hard urethane foam due to changes over time and temperature changes. It has the advantage that it can be absorbed by layers, prevent the deformation of the rigid urethane foam from affecting the exterior plate material, and maintain the surface of the exterior plate material in a flat state for many years. In addition, a fitting ear is formed on one side edge of the exterior plate material, an ear part that can be pushed into the fitting ear is formed on the other side edge of the exterior plate material, and the exterior plate material is bent so that the inner surface thereof A recessed portion is formed to be filled with a heat insulating material, and a soft urethane foam layer is laminated along the entire circumferential surface of the recessed portion, including the inner surface of the side wall at the one side edge and the other side edge. Because of this, it is possible to prevent the soft urethane foam layer from shifting relative to the exterior board material, and when construction is carried out by placing the soft urethane foam layer on the back side of the exterior board material and attaching the building board, the elasticity of the soft urethane foam layer is reduced. This has the advantage of being able to take advantage of the properties of the building blocks, thereby increasing the adhesion of the joints of building boards, and preventing moisture from penetrating into the ceiling and behind the walls, for example. Furthermore, since the hard urethane foam is bonded to the soft urethane foam layer with adhesive, it is possible to prevent the hard urethane foam from penetrating into the soft urethane foam layer, improving the elasticity of the soft urethane foam layer. It can be maintained over a long period of time, and since the hard exterior panels are bent and the side edges are butt-connected, a soft rib is provided at one side edge, so this soft rib can be attached to the adjacent building board. By being pressure-welded to the other side, it is possible to ensure watertightness at the butt point while using a hard exterior plate material, and the synergistic effect of the soft ribs and the soft urethane foam on the inside ensures watertightness at the connection point. It has the advantage of being able to further increase the water quality, and strongly suppressing moisture from getting into the ceiling and behind the walls, for example.
