In recent years, when constructing a bathroom, decorative synthetic resin bathroom panels have been used on the ceiling and walls in order to efficiently construct the ceiling and walls, and to make the bathroom more luxurious. Increasingly, it has become common practice to use As shown in FIG. 8, such a conventional bathroom panel is formed by providing a heat insulating layer b made of synthetic resin foam or the like on the back side of a flat gutter-shaped synthetic resin extrusion molded body a. The bathroom ceiling or bathroom wall was finished by sequentially connecting them at the side edges.

However, in the case of such bathroom panels, the thickness of the heat insulating layer b is usually not so thick mainly from the viewpoint of cost reduction (see Figure 8), and therefore the heat insulation properties of the bathroom panels are It was not sufficient, and there was room for improvement in the heat retention of the bathroom. In addition, condensed water tends to adhere to the surface portion c of the bathroom panel, and when the bathroom panel is used to form a ceiling surface, there are problems such as dripping of the condensed water. Furthermore, since both ends of the bathroom panel are open, especially on the ceiling surface, a large amount of steam enters the gutter-shaped part d on the back side of the bathroom panel from the open ends, and is cooled. Condensation water flows down the bathroom wall and stains the wall.
The beauty of the bathroom was spoiled. Furthermore, since conventional bathroom panels have been formed using extrusion molded bodies, the decorations that can be displayed on their surfaces have been limited to monotonous uneven patterns extending in the longitudinal direction.

[Means for solving the problem] The bathroom panel of the present invention is a bathroom panel made of synthetic resin that is integrally molded by blow molding and is used to construct the ceiling or wall of a bathroom. The panel has a double wall structure in which the peripheral edge portions of the front wall portion 6 and the back wall portion 7, which face each other at a required interval, are integrated via side portions 11, 12, 16, and 17. A reinforcing recess 32 protruding toward the front wall is formed by depression in a required portion of the back wall 7 of the panel main body 10 having a rectangular plate shape, and the tip of the reinforcing recess 32 is located on the front side. The front wall part 6 and the back wall part 7 are integrated by being fused to the wall part 6;
Projecting pieces 13 and 15 are protruded from the back edges of the two side surfaces 11 and 12 that sandwich the corner C1, and the two side surfaces 16 and 17 that sandwich the corner C2 opposite the corner C1. On the back edge, the overhang piece 13,
Fitting recesses 19 and 20 are provided in which the fitting recesses 19 and 20 can be fitted, respectively, and among the opposing side surfaces 11 and 16 and side surfaces 12 and 17, the side surface on which the fitting recesses 19 and 20 are provided. A projection piece 25 is provided protrudingly on the portion 16 and the side surface portion 17, and a fitting recess 2 that fits into the projection piece 25 is provided on the other side surface portion 11 and side surface portion 12.
6 is provided.

However, when constructing the ceiling surface 3 or wall surface 5 of the bathroom 2 using the bathroom panel 1 of the present invention, it is necessary to fit the bathroom panels 1, 1 to be connected to the overhanging piece 13 or the overhanging piece 15. The fitting recess 19 or the fitting recess 20 are overlapped and the protruding piece 25 is inserted into the fitting recess 26.
As a result, a ceiling or wall surface with high watertightness and airtightness, and excellent heat insulation properties, is constructed at the connection portion between the bathroom panels 1 and 1. The Rukoto.

In Figs. 1 to 7, a bathroom panel 1 of the present invention is shown.
is integrally molded as a whole by blow molding, and constitutes the ceiling surface 3 or wall surface 5 of the bathroom 2. The bathroom panel 1 is provided with a sealed cavity 9 (the sealed cavity may be filled with a synthetic resin foam such as foamed polyurethane) between a front wall 6 and a back wall 7. Overhanging pieces 13 and 15 are protruded from the back edges of two side surfaces 11 and 12 that sandwich one corner C1 of the panel main body 10 having a rectangular plate shape, and a corner C2 opposite to the corner C1 is provided. Fitting recesses 19 and 20 into which the projecting pieces 13 and 15 can be closely fitted are provided on the back side edges of the two side surfaces 16 and 17 that sandwich the two sides. or,
Fitting recess 19 among opposing side surfaces 11 and 16
A back side surface 21 is provided at the center portion of the side surface portion 16 on the side where the fitting recess 20 is provided, and at both side portions of the side surface portion 17 on the side where the fitting recess 20 is provided among the opposing side portions 12 and 17. Projecting pieces 25 are provided to protrude and are flush with the flat surfaces 19a and 20a of the fitting recesses 19 and 20. On the other hand, the other opposing side surface 1
1 and 12, that is, the side surface on which the overhang pieces 13 and 15 are provided, the overhang piece 13 or the overhang piece 15 is provided.
A fitting recess 26 is provided in which the protrusion 25 is fitted into the fitting recess 19 or 20 (see FIG. 3).

Furthermore, in order to improve the strength of the bathroom panel 1, the center and both sides of the back wall surface 7 are recessed over approximately the entire length in the longitudinal direction to create a rib effect, and the recess 30 and between the recesses 30 and 30 are recessed. In the flat part 31, conical reinforcing recesses 32 are provided at a predetermined pitch in the back wall 7, and the tips thereof are fused to the front wall 6, so that the front wall 6 and the back wall 7 are integrated. (See Figures 4 and 5).

Since the bathroom panel 1 of the present invention is formed by blow molding as described above, even complex independent decorative patterns as shown in the figure can be easily formed. However, as shown in FIG.
5, and then the second bathroom panel 1b.
, by fitting the projecting piece 25 into the fitting recess 26 and fitting the overhanging pieces 13, 15 into the fitting recesses 19, 20 to connect the first and second bathroom panels 1a, 1b, In this state, the second bathroom panel 1b is nailed and fixed to the base material 35 in the same manner as the first bathroom panel 1a, and this is repeated to move the bathroom panel back and forth (up and down) and left and right. By sequentially installing them in parallel, the ceiling surface 3 of the bathroom as shown in Fig.
Alternatively, the wall surface 5 can be configured. In this embodiment, since the nail hole 27 is formed in the shape of a long hole, if the nailed bathroom panel expands or contracts due to temperature changes, the expansion or contraction can be absorbed by the nail hole portion.
