[Technical background of the invention and its problems] In recent years, this type of heat insulating wall body, for example, the heat insulating wall body of a refrigerator, has been improved by using a combination of urethane foam and a vacuum insulation panel, as shown in Figure 2. The following items are provided.
1 is an outer box iron plate with a heat dissipation pipe 2 attached to the inner surface; 3
is an inner box made of plastic, and a vacuum insulation panel 4 is disposed between the outer box iron plate 1 and the inner box 3 so as to be in contact with the heat radiation pipe 2, and a urethane foam 5 is foam-filled.

However, in the above configuration, the urethane foam 5
Due to the foaming pressure applied to the vacuum insulation panel 4 during foam filling, the heat radiation pipe 2 is pressed against the outer box iron plate 1, and the marks of the heat radiation pipe 2 stand out on the outer surface of the outer case iron plate 1, resulting in a poor appearance. It was hot.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, it has been considered to form the side surface of the vacuum insulation panel in advance so as to correspond to the shape of the heat radiation pipe. However, when doing this, pinholes may be formed in the film when preforming the shape of the heat dissipation pipe on the side of the vacuum insulation panel, and air enters through these pinholes, reducing the vacuum There was a risk that the insulation panels would be defective.

[Purpose of the invention] The present invention was made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to improve the appearance without the problem of pipe marks appearing on the outer shell, and to prevent problems caused by air intrusion. An object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating wall body capable of preventing the occurrence of non-defective products.

[Embodiment of the invention] An embodiment in which the invention is applied to an outer box of a refrigerator will be described below with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 11 denotes an outer shell body, which consists of a box-shaped outer box iron plate 13 on which a heat dissipation pipe 12 is provided along the inner surface, and this outer case iron plate 1.
3 and an inner box 14 made of, for example, plastic and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance. A vacuum insulation panel 1 is placed between these outer box iron plates 13 and inner box 14.
5 is housed, and this vacuum insulation panel 15 is made up of two aluminum vapor-deposited laminate films 16.
The filling body 17 made of pearlite powder or the like is covered with a filler body 17 to airtightly seal each outer peripheral edge portion, and the portion is evacuated. Reference numeral 18 denotes an elastic sheet serving as a buffer member disposed between the heat dissipation pipe 12 and the vacuum insulation panel 15, and is made of a material such as a sponge that can be deformed under pressure. 19 is a urethane foam which is a foaming heat insulating material, which is foamed and filled between the outer box iron plate 13 and the inner box 14 after placing an elastic sheet 18 between the heat radiation pipe 12 and the vacuum heat insulating panel 15. It is.

According to this embodiment having such a configuration, the following effects can be obtained. That is, the heat radiation pipe 12
Since the elastic sheet 18 is arranged between the urethane foam 19 and the vacuum insulation panel 15,
During foam filling, the vacuum insulation panel 15 is pressed toward the outer box iron plate 13 due to the foaming pressure. At this time, when the foaming pressure is applied, it is absorbed by the deformable elastic sheet 18, so that the heat dissipates. pipe 1
2 is no longer strongly pressed against the outer box iron plate 13, the traces of the heat dissipation pipe 12 can be prevented from appearing on the outer surface of the outer case iron plate 13, and the appearance can be kept good. In addition, since the surface of the vacuum insulation panel 15 is protected by the elastic sheet 18, the surface of the vacuum insulation panel 15 will not be damaged and pinholes will be formed when the urethane foam 19 is foamed and filled. This can prevent the occurrence of defective products due to intrusion. Further, since the surface shape of the vacuum insulation panel 15 may be flat, there is no need for preforming, and it is possible to prevent pinholes from being formed on the surface of the vacuum insulation panel 15 and producing defective products.

[Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention is configured such that a buffer member that can be deformed under pressure is placed between the pipe and the vacuum insulation panel, so that the pipe is not attached to the outer shell. This has the excellent effect of not only improving the appearance without leaving marks, but also preventing the occurrence of defective products due to air leakage.
