プラスチツクの押出し成形品からなる扉枠であ
り、扉枠1は扉体の外周部の4辺を構成してい
る。2は前面パネルであり、このパネル2は周縁
部が扉枠1の前部に形成したフランジ1aの凹溝
に嵌合されて、扉枠1に固定されている。3は扉
枠1の後部に形成されたフランジ1bの内周部に
設置された扉補強用鉄板である。4は、扉枠1と
前面パネル2と扉補強用鉄板3とをセツトした後
に、ウレタン発泡原液を注入して発泡させた断熱
材であり、断熱材4は前面パネル2および扉補強
用鉄板3の間と扉枠1内とに充填され、外周部よ
り中央部が厚くされている。5はプラスチツク板
の真空成形品からなり、土手部5aを有する扉内
板であり、扉内板5はフレ−ム7を取り付ける際
にねじ6によつてフレーム7と一体的に扉枠1の
フランジ1bに共締め固定され、扉内板5で扉補

ツキンであり、ドアパツキン8は突起部8aが扉
枠1のフランジ1bに設けた穴部に圧入嵌合され
て、扉枠1に装置され扉体の閉時に冷蔵庫本体の
内箱11の前面フランジに圧接するように構成さ
