As a conventional heat insulating door of this type, there is one shown in FIG. That is, the heat insulating door 2 is placed in a space surrounded by an outer panel 3 and an inner door panel 4 facing each other at a desired interval, and a decorative frame 5 having a substantially U-shaped cross section and a frame shape that connects and surrounds the outer periphery of these panels. A foamed heat insulating material layer 6 made of polyurethane or the like is formed. Note that the figure shows only one side of the heat insulating door 2, and the other side is omitted because it has a similar structure.

The outer flange portion 5f 1 of the decorative frame 5 has an outer plate 3.
A fitting groove piece 5a is provided to form a groove l for fitting the end edge of the fitting groove piece 5a, and a fitting groove piece 5a is provided for forming a groove m for fitting a packing (not shown) into the inner flange part 5f2. A portion 5b and a mounting piece portion 5c for attaching the door inner plate 4 are provided. These fitting groove pieces 5
a, 5b and the mounting piece portion 5c are formed of a single-piece structure.

However, an insulated door with this structure has a second
A flange portion 5 having the cross-sectional structure shown in FIGS.
A decorative frame material 7 having f 1 and 5 f 2 is formed in advance by extrusion molding of a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride, and in order to form the decorative frame material 7 into a frame shape, it is cut to a desired length and a third As shown in the figure, a V cut part 8 is formed at a position corresponding to the part to be bent, and while the decorative frame material 7 is heated and bent at this V cut part 8 to form a bent part 9, as shown in FIG. As shown, a decorative frame 5 is formed which is bent at the four corners, and outer plates 3 are further formed in grooves l and m formed in both flange portions 5f 1 and 5f 2 formed on the inner and outer sides of this decorative frame 5.
Then, the outer circumference of the door inner plate 4 is inserted and the V-cut portions 8 are abutted and engaged in a single plate structure to manufacture the outer shell of the heat-insulating door 2. Depending on the dimensional accuracy of the V-cut, a gap may occur at the joint, and when the foam insulation material is injected and foamed, the abutting portions a and b of the V-cut portion 8 (Figure 3)
The foamed insulation material leaked from such places, and not only did it take a lot of man-hours to remove the leaked foamed insulation material, but it also significantly reduced the commercial value of the product.

This idea was made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the entire flange part of the decorative frame, which has a roughly U-shaped cross section, is made into a double structure to form an air layer, and this air layer is filled with foam injected with foam insulation material. To provide an insulating door for a refrigerator or the like in which a foamed heat insulating material does not directly leak outside the insulating door by forming a leakage reservoir at the time of the insulating door.

In FIG. 5, the same or equivalent parts as in the conventional example shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the explanation thereof will be omitted. In the figure, reference numerals 10 and 11 are wall plate portions which are provided parallel to each other along the inside of both flange portions 5f 2 and 5f 1 of the decorative frame 5, and have a double wall structure at both flange portions 5f 2 and 5f 1 , respectively. An air layer 12 is formed. Note that this air layer 12 can also be divided into two or more chambers by providing partition walls 10a, 11a in the middle.

The insulated door of a refrigerator, etc. configured as above is
When assembling this, use the decorative frame 5 like the conventional one.
After bending into a frame shape and joining the fitting groove pieces 5a, 5b, the mounting piece 5c, and the wall plate parts 10, 11 at the V-cut part 8 (Fig. 3), when foaming the foam insulation material is injected. The excess foamed heat insulating material foams while diffusing in the air layer 12 in the direction of molding and extrusion of the decorative frame 5 before leaking to the outside of the heat insulating door 2. It is possible to prevent the foamed heat insulating material from leaking to the outside from the abutting portions a, b, etc.

As mentioned above, this design has a double structure for the entire flange part of the decorative frame, and an air layer is provided as a leakage reservoir for the foam insulation material, so that the gaps caused by the V-cuts and bending of the decorative frame are covered by the decorative frame. Even if this occurs at the joints of the foam, it will not leak outside when the foam insulation material is injected and foamed. Therefore, even if the allowable dimensional accuracy of V-cuts, bends, etc. is lowered, the commercial value of the product will not decrease, and the labor required to remove leaked foam insulation material can be saved, thereby reducing the number of man-hours required when assembling the product. I can do it.
