Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate an existence of unfilled part by a method wherein a vacuum heat insulative materail is mounted on an urethane foaming metal die, and hard urethane foam is filled and foamed without being influenced of 'fin' which injure fluidity by inserting a heat insulator unit which is foamed and molded into a rectangular board. CONSTITUTION:A container is formed, by heat sealing at three sides of laminate film which sandwiches an aluminium foil 3, between a PET film 1 having high gas barrier property and a PE 2 which is prominent in the heat sealingness. Fine powdery silica 4 is filled in this container and the inside of the container is vacuum exhausted, and the, an opening is heat sealed to form a vacuum heat insulative material 5. On the other hand, a rectangualr board-shaped foaming metal die 7 is formed which has a depth and a thickness of a box of an electric refrigerator as its length and thickness, and also a prescribed width. 排気後、開口部をヒートシールして真空断熱材5を形成
している。例えば、電気冷蔵庫の断熱材は、外箱10と
内箱11を組み合わせた筐体12内に上記真空断熱材5
を挿入して、硬質ウレタンフォーム8を充填発泡させて
構成している。しかしながら、この真空断熱材5はラミ
ネートフィルム容器を形成するとき二枚のラミネートフ
ィルムを合わせて三辺をヒートシールし、さらに真空排
気後、開口部をヒートシールしているので真空断熱材5
の全周にわたってシール代となる「ひれ」6を有してい
る。電気冷蔵庫の筐体12内にこの真空断熱材5を配置
して、併せて硬質ウレタンフォーム8の充填発泡を行う
時、真空断熱材5の「ひれ」6が硬質ウレタンフォーム
8の流動性を阻害し、未充填部を発生してしまう問題が
ある。
