【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、タンク本体内部に垂下する垂下部を
有するエヤ抜きパイプを用いることにより、自動
車の加減速、揺れ等に伴なう冷却液の洩れを防止
するようにした自動車のラジエータ用リザーバタ
ンクに関する。

キヤツプaに小孔bを開穿し、又はキヤツプaの
突部cに迷路状の細孔dからなる空気孔を設ける
ことによつて、内外空気を連通せしめてきた。し
かしながら、かかる空気孔のものでは例えば自動
車の加、減速に伴ない慣性力によりタンク内の冷
却液がその前後壁面に片より押付けられると同時
にはね返つた際、その跳躍する冷却液がそのまま
小孔bを通り抜け、外部に洩出するのを防止しえ
ず、又迷路状の細孔dもはね返り液が直接しのま
ま通過することは防ぎうるとはいえ、やはり該孔
dに付着する水がタンクの動揺又は冷却液の流入
に伴なう内圧の変圧によつて外部に流出しした
り、その孔径をあまり大きくできないため充分な
エヤ抜き効果がえられない等の問題があつた。

接続ホース6を介し、ラジエータ7上端の、例え
ばプレツシヤ型ラジエータキヤツプ8を挿入する
ボス部9に導通している。キヤツプ5には、その
中央から半径外方に向かう水平部10と、キヤツ
プ中央で下方に延長される垂下部11とを有し、
かつ内部に本実施例では直径dが約4mm度である
空気孔12を連通せしめたエヤ抜きパイプ13が
キヤツプ5と一体に成形されている。
