Recently, lap film has been used not only for home use but also for commercial use.
It has spread to the point where it is considered a daily necessity. Most of these are currently on the market stored in boxes with a structure similar to that described in Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 51-13289, and the required length of film is pulled out.
It is designed to be used by cutting it with the cutting tool provided in the box.

However, there are many proposals regarding the shape and structure of these storage boxes. The reason for this is that wrap film itself is used by an unspecified number of people in a variety of ways, so there are problems with the film tearing when the film is pulled out, the paper tube popping out, and the film being cut diagonally or wrinkled when being cut. This is because problems such as injuries to people's mouths and even injuries caused by cutting tools have arisen, and improvement plans have been proposed from various viewpoints.

However, although many of these proposals have certain advantages as one-dimensional improvement plans, they often have the disadvantage of complicating the structure or resulting in drawbacks in other aspects. be. Particularly from a food hygiene perspective, wrap film manufacturers who wish to store the film in a more economical and sealed state without having to touch the film may find it difficult to evaluate the ease of mechanical storage without considering other drawbacks. In many cases, it is necessary to give priority to improved evaluations. The reason for this is that the storage boxes currently available on the market, such as the one described in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 13289/1989, have a level of performance that allows them to be used once they are accustomed to using them.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above situation. Its first objective is to provide a high level of both the ability to prevent the paper tube from popping out and the ability to prevent the film from cutting diagonally, which have not been improved due to the complicated structure and difficulty in mechanical handling up until now.
The object is to provide a cardboard for a wrapping film storage box that is as simple in shape and structure as the conventional product.
The object of the present invention is to provide a cardboard for a wrapping film storage box which satisfies the above-mentioned conditions and which has improved stability and practicality of a cutting tool which is installed in the box as required.

The difference between FIGS. 1 and 2 is that in FIG. 1, the cutting blade 13 as a cutting tool is placed on the surface 4, with the cutting edge of the cutting blade 12 slightly protruding from the fold 12 toward the surface 5. In other words, the cutting edge is fixed so that it slightly protrudes from the surface of the side wall 5 when bent at the fold 12, whereas in the case of FIG. The difference is that powder of a hard material (e.g., glass, diamond sand) having sharp edges is attached to at least one surface on the fold 12 side with an adhesive or the like, and this is used as the cutting tool 13A. Furthermore, the second
The cutting tool shown in the figure does not necessarily need to be attached to the entire length of the fold 12; rather, it is possible to cut the film if it is attached to both longitudinal ends.

In addition, on the surface 1 that will become the side cover piece 1 and the surface 5 that will become the side wall 5 in FIGS. 1 and 2, after bonding and integrating the two, the tip of the cover piece 1 is cut off and both are peeled off. When attempting to remove the adhesive, it is a well-known fact that incisions and unprinted areas are placed to facilitate peeling and to avoid leaving large peeling scratches on surface 1, so they will not be described here. It has been done. These may be provided as appropriate.

Also, in both figures, there is a perforation line 8 that bisects the surface 1 in the longitudinal direction approximately at the center of the surface 1.
In this specification, this is only described for the purpose of clarifying the comparison with that shown in FIG. 5 (conventional product). This is because, in practical terms, items with perforation line 8 should be opened by cutting at this part.
The one without perforation line 8 takes into consideration the above-mentioned area distribution of the bonded part so that the surface 1 is pried up and the bonded part is peeled off, and since each has its own advantages, both are already commercially available products. This is because it is a matter that has been adopted and is well known.

Next, the first feature of the cardboard of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is that it is designed to be as simple as that of FIG. 5 (conventional product). This simplicity can be achieved by, for example, making the cardboard in Figures 1 and 2 so that all the folds can be folded in one direction (inward), first folding folds 12 and 10, and folding the back side of side 1. If the sheets are stacked and bonded so that ' is located on the surface of surface 5, and then folded in this state so that the folds 9 and 11 are folded back, this cardboard will form a square prism shape.
After inserting a paper tube wrapped with a film into the inside, the end glued pieces 7 and 7A at both ends of the columnar object are pasted together, and then the folded part 18 of the end cover piece 6 is folded at the fold 17.
By folding and fixing the end cover piece 6 at the fold line 16 so as to fold it into the inside thereof, a storage box containing the film is completed. Since this storage operation is extremely simple, it has the great advantage of enabling efficient, hygienic, and fully automatic sealed packaging using current packaging machinery technology.

In this case, as long as the end adhesive pieces 7 and 7A have a size that allows both of them to be pasted together, it does not matter if either one of them is larger or the same size. Since this part provides the strength of the end face as a storage box, it is necessary to make it large enough to make it easy to bond. In order to prevent the glue from coming out during lamination during mechanical operation, the edge adhesive pieces 7, 7A
It is easier to use if you arrange them on the larger side. Insert 18
In order to ensure sufficient internal fixation, it is advisable to provide small cuts (not shown) on both sides of the fold 17.

This operation (described when there is perforation line 8) is
From the stage of the sealed storage box, the following operations are performed: First, the tip of the side cover piece 1 is cut off along the perforation line 8, and then peeled off from the side wall 5. Then, when the end cover pieces 6 at both ends are opened by pulling out the folding parts 18, the side wall 2 of the box is opened by folding the fold line 10 with the remaining side cover pieces 1. However, the shape of the box is maintained by the fixing of the end glued pieces 7, 7A that integrate the side walls 3, 4, 5 and does not collapse. Therefore, when the inner film is taken out as it is in the paper tube, the end of the film is taken out in a state where it can be pulled out, and the paper tube is put back in and the folded part 18 of the end cover piece 6 is fixed to the box, the side part Only the remaining part of the cover piece 1 is opened, and the storage box is duplicated again. At this time, the tip of the film take-out portion is exposed through a gap formed between the side edge of the side wall 5 and the back surface of the fold 9.

以上の操作には、特別なわずらわしさがなく、

The above operations do not require any special trouble.
There is almost no difference from the conventional one.

Next, the biggest advantage of the storage box made of cardboard according to the present invention is that the film drawer is pulled out from the gap formed between the side edge of the side wall 5 and the back surface of the fold 9. If you grasp the storage box with one hand so as to lightly press the center of the remaining side cover piece 1 with your thumb, and use the other hand to pull out the film horizontally with the lightly pressed cover piece 1, The purpose of the side wall 5 (and the side wall 2) is to completely prevent the paper tube from popping out and to allow the film to be drawn out smoothly.

Then, rotate the hand holding the box a little, and press the cover piece that was lightly pressed a little forcefully so that the pulled out film is horizontally aligned with the side wall 5, and cut the cutting tool 1.
3. When cutting the film with 13A, side wall 5
The clamping pressure applied between the side edge of the fold 9 and the back surface of the fold 9 fixes the pulled-out film and prevents the film from sliding sideways, which prevents the film from being cut diagonally and makes it extremely easy to cut the film. It is what is done.

In other words, the difference between Figures 1 and 2 (this invention) and Figure 5 (conventional product) is simply the end cover piece 6 in the developed view.
The only difference is the position of the side wall where the film is present, but this difference is due to the difference in how the end face is pasted and fixed, reinforcing the side wall where the most stress is applied during film drawing and cutting operations. It is believed that the above-mentioned effects of the present invention were achieved. This fact is
This is one blind spot that has been overlooked by everyone skilled in the art.

An additional effect of the cardboard of the present invention shown in FIG. 2 is that it overcomes the drawbacks of the cutting blade 13, i.e., for example, when trying to push garbage into a dust box, the cutting blade of the discarded storage box may cut your hand. This is a solution to the problems that have arisen. In this case, the cutting tool 13A shown in FIG. 2 to which the hard material powder is attached will prevent cuts and damage to other objects to a greater extent than a conventional cutting blade. However, on the other hand, there are cases where getting used to the operation when cutting the film is required. In this case, the function of the present invention to prevent diagonal cutting greatly reduces the need for getting used to the above-mentioned, and substantially reduces the need for getting used to it. Since anyone can reliably cut the film, the storage box becomes even more desirable as it has the effect of eliminating all drawbacks, including those of the cutting blade.

By having the above-mentioned configuration, the present invention has a simple cardboard structure that allows fully automatic filling and packaging to be carried out efficiently, and does not require any troublesome operations when used as a box. This has the great advantage of preventing the film from coming out, making the film smooth to pull out, and facilitating the cutting operation to prevent the film from being cut diagonally.

In particular, the effect of preventing diagonal cutting mentioned above makes it easy to change the cutting blade to other cutting means, so the effect is extremely large when eliminating the shortcomings of the cutting blade, solving a major problem in the industry. This is an excellent idea. Furthermore, this invention can be applied not only to packaging films but also to any use in which films are cut into small pieces.
