[Prior Art] Cosmetics, miscellaneous goods, and other products sold at supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. are generally stored in individual containers such as bottles, cans, and plastic containers, and then multiple containers are packaged together in outer boxes. It is often traded in . Therefore, for this type of outer box, cardboard boxes are often used because they have high strength, are suitable for manufacturing, and are economical, considering the protection of products and handling during transportation or storage.

Such cardboard outer boxes are mainly made of adhesive to prevent the contents from being damaged by the loading pressure during stacking or the slight impact load during transportation.
In some cases, it is rigidly assembled using tape or fasteners. For this reason, conventional cardboard outer boxes have extremely high shape retention strength, and therefore have excellent protection functions for the products inside, and have become the mainstream of outer boxes.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] By the way, once transportation and storage are completed, the contents of the product are removed from the outer box, and the empty outer box is usually discarded. In that case, as mentioned above, the cardboard box is Because the outer box was extremely strong and robust, it was difficult to crush or break it manually, and it had the disadvantage of requiring a lot of effort to crush and flatten an empty box. . For this reason, mass retailers such as supermarkets that generate a large amount of empty boxes have been disposing of them in a way that does not require much effort or expense to destroy them, such as collecting the empty boxes and distributing them free of charge to those who want them. However, even in this case, there are problems in that it takes time and effort to collect the bulky empty boxes and that space for storing the boxes must be secured unnecessarily.

[Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the present invention is made of thick paper such as corrugated paper, and has a square or rectangular bottom plate with a pair of side plates on opposite left and right sides, and one of the left and right side plates has the same side plate as the bottom plate. A top plate and an insert piece of the same size are sequentially connected to form a rectangular tube shape, and a pair of end pieces are connected to the front and rear opposite sides of the left and right side plates, and the front and rear sides of the bottom plate and the top plate are connected. In a wrap-around packaging box, each of which has a pair of presser flaps attached to the outside of the end piece on the opposite side, a break line consisting of a perforation or a zipper is formed at the border between the bottom plate and the top plate and each presser flap. Furthermore, by providing another break line on the presser flap that runs along the butt line of the end pieces and intersects with the break line, the empty box after use can be easily crushed and collected by hand, making it easy to dispose of it. The present invention is designed to provide a packaging box that is convenient when

[Function] According to the present invention having the above configuration, when an empty box is disposed of, a break line provided on the side surface of the opposing box is cut along the line, and a break formed at the boundary with the bottom plate is cut. Cutting the line opens the box into an expanded state. Therefore, empty boxes can be collected and accumulated without taking up much space.

[Embodiment] Figures 1 to 4 show a wrap-around outer box showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the developed view of FIG. 2, reference numeral 11 is a rectangular bottom plate, 12 is a side plate disposed on both sides of the bottom plate in the longitudinal direction, 13 is a top plate disposed on an extension of one of the side plates 12, and 14 is on the top plate. An insertion piece provided on the edge; 15 is an end piece provided on both the upper and lower edges of the side plate 12; 16 is a presser flap provided on both the upper and lower edges of the bottom plate 11; 17 is a presser foot provided on both the upper and lower edges of the top plate 13. It's a flap. Furthermore, a breaking line 18 consisting of perforations or the like is carved in the boundary between the bottom plate 11 and the presser flap 16, that is, on the ridgeline of the bottom plate in the assembled state, as shown in FIG. A break line 19 is provided perpendicularly to the break line 18 so as to extend from the base of the presser flap to the tip. On the other hand, at the boundary between the top plate 13 and the presser flap 17, there is provided an opening zipper 20 which can be easily separated in the same manner as the breaking line, and furthermore, a zipper 20 for opening is provided at the center of the presser flap 17 at right angles to the zipper 20 for opening. Break line 2
1 is carved from the base of the presser foot flap to the tip.

When removing the contents from this outer box, please use the top plate 1.
A part of the opening zipper 20 formed at the boundary between the bag 3 and the presser flap 17 is opened, the top plate 13 is lifted up, and then the contents are taken out from the opening surface. When discarding the box after removing the contents, first hold the opposite sides of the box as shown in Figure 3, and mark the breaking line on that side.
9 and 21 are cut along the line. The side of the box is made by butting together the end pieces 15 and attaching the presser flaps 16 and 17 thereon, so when the presser flaps are cut along the breaking lines 19 and 21, the end pieces 15 are cut along the butting line. The side of the box can be easily divided into two parts. Next, when the boundary between the bottom plate 11 and the presser flap 16, that is, the ridgeline portion 18 of the bottom plate is cut off, the entire empty box can be easily unfolded into a flat plate shape as shown in FIG.

[Effects of the invention] As explained in detail above, according to the invention, in order to make it easier to crush a cardboard box that is too strong to be easily crushed by hand, the bottom plate, the top plate, and each presser flap are combined. A break line consisting of a perforation or a zipper is formed at the border, and another break line is provided on the presser flap along the butting line of the end pieces and intersecting the break line, so that the empty box is not damaged. When collecting empty boxes for disposal, the break line can be easily cut, and the box can be dismantled and unfolded into a single flat plate (see Figure 4). A stable stacking condition can be obtained even when stacking a large number of boxes without taking up wasted space. Therefore, in mass retailers such as supermarkets, which generate a large amount of empty boxes, it is possible to avoid the hassle of dealing with a large number of empty boxes. It can be crushed and collected for disposal.
It has a high practical effect in that labor and store space are not wasted.
