[Prior Art] Cosmetics, miscellaneous goods, and other products sold at supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. are generally stored in individual containers such as bottles, cans, and plastic containers, and then multiple containers are packaged together in outer boxes. It is often traded in . Therefore, for this type of outer box, cardboard boxes are often used because they have high strength, are suitable for manufacturing, and are economical, considering the protection of products and handling during transportation or storage.

Such cardboard outer boxes are mainly made of adhesive to prevent the contents from being damaged by the loading pressure during stacking or the slight impact load during transportation.
In some cases, it is rigidly assembled using tape or fasteners. For this reason, conventional cardboard outer boxes have extremely high shape retention strength, and therefore have excellent protection functions for the products inside, and have become the mainstream of outer boxes.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] By the way, once transportation and storage are completed, the contents of the product are removed from the outer box, and the empty outer box is usually discarded. In that case, as mentioned above, the cardboard box is Because the outer box was extremely strong and robust, it was difficult to crush or break it manually, and it had the disadvantage of requiring a lot of effort to crush and flatten an empty box. . For this reason, mass retailers such as supermarkets that generate a large amount of empty boxes have been disposing of them in a way that does not require much effort or expense to destroy them, such as collecting the empty boxes and distributing them free of charge to those who want them. However, even in this case, there are problems in that it takes time and effort to collect the bulky empty boxes and that space for storing the boxes must be secured unnecessarily.

[Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the present invention is made of thick paper such as corrugated paper, and has a square or rectangular bottom plate with a pair of side plates on opposite left and right sides, and one of the left and right side plates has the same side plate as the bottom plate. Top plates and insertion pieces of various sizes are sequentially connected to form a rectangular tube shape, and a pair of end pieces are placed on the front and rear opposite sides of the left and right side plates, and a pair of end pieces are placed in abutting relationship with each other on the opposite sides of the left and right side plates. In a wrap-around packaging box in which a presser flap is attached to the outside of the end piece on the front and rear opposite sides and on the front and rear opposite sides of the top plate,
A knob section is provided at approximately the center of the pair of butted end pieces, and a break line is provided from the knob section toward the lower corner of both end pieces, and a tear opening surrounded by the break line is formed. The presser flap above the knob part is provided with a break line along the butt line of the pair of end pieces, and a break line is provided along the boundary between the top plate and the presser flap, so that the presser flap can be easily separated after use. To provide a packaging box that can be easily crushed and recovered by hand and is convenient for disposal.

[Function] According to the present invention having the above configuration, when discarding an empty box, pull the finger on the knob provided on the side of the opposing box and draw the break line provided on the surface along the line. Cut along the cut line and excise the cut opening surrounded by the break line. Also, when the break line formed above the knob is cut, the box is opened into an expanded state. Therefore, empty boxes can be collected and accumulated without taking up much space.

[Embodiment] Figures 1 to 5 show a wrap-around outer box showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the developed view of FIG. 2, reference numeral 11 is a rectangular bottom plate, 12 is a side plate disposed on both sides of the bottom plate in the longitudinal direction, 13 is a top plate disposed on an extension of one of the side plates 12, and 14 is on the top plate. An insertion piece provided on the edge; 15 is an end piece provided on both the upper and lower edges of the side plate 12; 16 is a presser flap provided on both the upper and lower edges of the bottom plate 11; 17 is a presser foot provided on both the upper and lower edges of the top plate 13. It's a flap. Further, on the end piece 15, there is a substantially triangular (see FIG. 2A) or quadrangular (see FIG. 2B) tear opening surrounded by a breaking line 18a or 18b consisting of a perforation or the like near the presser flap 16. 19a or 19b. On the other hand, at the boundary between the top plate 13 and the presser flap 17, there is provided an opening zipper 20 which can be easily separated in the same manner as the breaking line, and furthermore, a zipper 20 for opening is provided at the center of the presser flap 17 at right angles to the zipper 20 for opening. A breaking line 21 is cut from the base of the presser flap to the tip thereof. Note that the reference numeral 22 in the figure is a knob for opening the slit, and is formed by providing a notch approximately in the center of the tip of the end piece 15.

The wrap-around outer box having the above-mentioned developed shape is formed from a blank sheet made of thick paper such as corrugated paper, and the individually packaged product, for example, a bottled product, is placed on the bottom plate 11 of this box as shown in FIG. The side plates and the top plate are sequentially folded and assembled into a sleeve while standing up in a rectangular cylindrical cross section, and the end pieces 15 are bent at right angles and the end pieces are butted against each other. Place the presser foot flap 1 on top of the end piece.
6 and 17 are glued together to obtain a box as shown in FIG.

When removing the contents from this outer box, please use the top plate 1.
A part of the opening zipper 20 formed at the boundary between the bag 3 and the presser flap 17 is opened, the top plate 13 is lifted up, and then the contents are taken out from the opening surface. After removing the contents, when discarding the box, first press the knob 22 provided on the opposite side of the box, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
A break line 18a is drawn on the surface by pulling a finger on the surface.
Alternatively, cut 18b along the line. A tear opening 19 surrounded by the break line 18a or 18b
In case of a or 19b, when the presser flap 16 is lifted, a part of the side surface of the box opens in a triangular or quadrangular shape along the breaking line. Next, when the presser flap 17 is cut along the break line 21, the side surface of the box is easily divided into two along the line where the end pieces 15 meet. As a result, the entire empty box can be easily expanded into a flat plate (see Figure 5).

In order to make the wrap-around packaging box of the present invention easy to crush, a knob is provided at approximately the center of the side surface of the box, and a breaking line consisting of a perforation or the like is provided upward from the knob. Since a tear opening surrounded by a tear line is provided at the bottom of the box, the empty box can be cut open and expanded into a flat plate without requiring any force when discarding the empty box.

Incidentally, as shown in the above embodiment, if the dimensions are set in advance so that the cutout length L of the cutout opening 19a or 19b is smaller than the length H of the presser flap 16, the packaging box can be assembled easily. This is the most preferred embodiment, since the cut line of the tear opening is later hidden on the back side of the presser flap 16, making the box as a whole more aesthetically pleasing and increasing the strength of the box.

[Effects of the invention] As explained in detail above, according to the invention, in order to make it easier to crush cardboard boxes that are too strong to be easily crushed manually, a A knob is provided, and a breaking line such as a perforation is provided upward from the knob, and a tear opening surrounded by the breaking line is provided below the knob. You can easily cut the upper and lower breaking lines of the knob by hooking your fingers. Empty boxes after opening can be easily cut along the break line and disassembled into a single flat plate, so there is no wasted space when collecting empty boxes, especially when large quantities are stacked. A stable stacking state can be obtained.
