を有する第五の基板を配設され、前記圧電セラミックが
駆動されたとき前記圧力室および前記側路から前記イン
クを前記ノズル切り欠きに送出して前記インク滴を噴出

押し出す作用をするが、圧力室切り欠き16とインク室
穴17との間のインクの流路27の断面積よシ、圧力室
と側路19間の流路2oの断面積を十分太きくとってお
けば、インク室穴17方向の圧力の大部分は、側路20
ヘインクを押し出す作用をすることになる。さらに側路
20に伝えられた圧力は、側路19が貫通穴26を介に
ノズルへ連結されているため、側路19を通してノズル
切り欠き15方向へ作用することになシ、圧力室から直
接ノズル切り欠き15へ作用する圧力と、圧力室から側
路19を通してノズル切り欠き15へ作用する圧力とが
合成されて、インク滴6をノズル切り欠き16から効率
