Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１） ！極面上に端子を固着した正特性サーミスタ
    において、前記端子は金属板材で構成され、前記電極面
    上に対接して固着される平板状の接続部と、該接続部の
    面内でその一部を切起して折曲げられた引出端子部とを
    有することを特徴とする正特性サーミスタ。
  2. （２）前記接続部は導電性接着剤により前記電極に固着
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
    記載の正特性サーミスタ。
