    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）両面に電極を設けた正特性サーミスタの前記電極
    上に、外面に凹部もしくは凸部を有する金属端子を固着
    したことを特徴とする特性サーミスタ装置。
  2. （２）前記金属端子は、前記電極上に導電接着材で固着
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
    記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。
