Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）正特性サーミスタの外側に弾性熱伝導被覆を有す
    る正特性サーミスタ装置において、前記弾性熱伝導被覆
    に、その先端面から後端側に連通ずる連通路を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする特性サーミスタ装置。
  2. （２）前記連通路は前記弾性熱伝導被覆の表面に形成さ
    れた凹溝で成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。
  3. （３）前記連通路は前記弾性熱伝導被覆を貫通する貫通
    孔で成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。
