Claims (2)
- （１）原稿の画像面を照明する複数の露光ランプを有し
、かつ、これらの露光ランプへの供給電力を各別に変え
ることができる露光装置において、上記露光ランプの放
射光の光度を各別に検知する複数の受光素子と、これら
の受光素子が受けるべき基準光度を決定する基準光度決
定手段と、この基準光度決定手段により決定される基準
光度と受光素子の検知光度との大小を判定する光度判定
手段と、この光度判定手段の判定結果に基づいて受光素
子が受ける検知光度が基準光度と等しくなるように各露
光ランプへの供給電力を制御して各露光ランプの放射光
の光度を補正する光度補正手段とを具備してなることを
特徴とする露光量調整装置。 - （２） 上記基準光度決定手段が露光装置の複写倍率
の変化に対応して基準光度を変えることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の露光量調整装置。
