ツト方向に適するよう方向転換させる旋回機構を
吸着盤部付のシリンダ機構に装備し、また発泡成
形型には同時成形用目的物を吸着できる吸着具を
装備してなり、さらに上記旋回機構が、吸着具の
一部に一端を取付けたロープ、チエーン等による
牽引部材から構成されてなり、吸着具にて吸着さ
れた同時成形用目的物が吸着具側のシリンダ機構
の作動に伴ない、上記牽引部材による旋回機構に
て方向転換できるように設けてあることを特徴と
している。

付の吸着盤3を降下させ、吸着具31の下方にあ
るシート受け箱41内のシート4に押し付ける
(第2図参照)。次いで真空ポンプと連結した吸着
具31にてシート4を吸着した後、一旦シリンダ
機構1によりシリンダ機構2を押し上げて戻す
(第3図参照)。この後シリンダ機構5を作動させ
てシート受け箱41を引き(第4図参照)、シー
ト4の降下スペースを充分空けて後、シリンダ機
構2を作動せしめて吸着具31付の吸着盤3を降
下させる。この場合、吸着盤3側のフツク等引掛
具32と、シリンダ機構2側のフツク等引掛具2
2がロープ6等にて連結されているため、吸着盤
3はピン21を中心にして、90゜旋回して発泡成
形型内へのセツトに適した方向へと転換される
(第5図参照)。方向の転換後、シリンダ機構1の
作動にてシリンダ機構2は押し下げられ、シート
4は吸着具31に吸着されたまま内型71の位置
に来る迄下げられる(第6図参照)。そしてシリ
ンダ機構10にてシリンダ機構1,2を図中水平
方向へ押すことにより、シート4は内型71に合
着し、合着後、型側の吸着盤73の吸着具72に
てシート4を吸着し、これ迄吸着していた吸着具
31についてはシート4に対する吸着を解除す
る。そしてシリンダ機構10を元に戻し、またシ
リンダ機構1の作動にてシリンダ機構2を引上
げ、さらにシリンダ機構2自体の作動にて吸着具
31付の吸着盤を型外へ退去させる。

ら取付ける場合、下から取付ける場合、さらには
左右いずれかの方向へ取付ける場合等、制約もな
い等設置し易いものとなる。

エーン等による牽引部材から構成されてなり、吸
着具にて吸着された同時成形用目的物が吸着具側
のシリンダ機構の作動に伴ない、上記牽引部材に
よる旋回機構にて方向転換できるように設けてあ
ることを特徴とする発泡成形型内へシート等の同
時成形用目的物を自動的に供給する装置。
