BACKGROUND ART As automobile interior parts such as door trims and instrument panels, laminated molded products whose surfaces are covered with a flexible skin material are used. According to such a laminated molded product, since the surface is covered with the flexible skin material, it is possible to give a good feel when touched by hand, and also to use a woven fabric or the like as the skin material. For example, decorativeness can be imparted. On the other hand, as one type of laminated molded product, there is a partially laminated molded product in which the skin surface material is partially integrated. In such a partially laminated molded product, even if an expensive surface material is used, the use of the surface material can be partially used, which can be an effective means of cost reduction. Therefore, establishment of mass production technology is desired. .

The above manufacturing methods A) to C) have the following problems a) to c), respectively. a) Since the skin surface material is fixed only by gravity, there is a problem that the horizontal surface molding machine cannot perform molding, and even in the vertical molding machine, the skin surface material may be displaced from the predetermined position during injection of the molten resin. is there. b) Since the skin surface material is fixed with the pins arranged intermittently, the amount of expansion of the skin surface material differs between the part near the pin and the part away from the pin, and wrinkles and distortions are generated in the skin surface material. There is a problem that it will occur. In order to solve this problem, it is conceivable to adopt a structure in which the pin is pulled into the mold surface after the molten resin is started to be filled.
There is a problem that the structure of the mold becomes complicated. Furthermore, the end face of the skin material is exposed only with the structure that is fixed with pins,
If the exposed end surface of the skin material is disturbed, the appearance of the molded product will be impaired. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a structure that hides the end surface of the skin material, and if such a structure is used together, the mold becomes more complicated. There's a problem. c) In order to prevent wrinkles from forming on the skin material, it is necessary to extend the end of the skin material to the outside of the mold and apply a tension with a spring that engages this end. Is
There is an unnecessary part that protrudes outside the mold, post-processing is required to cut this unnecessary part, and the end of the cut skin surface material cannot be end-processed, so the appearance of the molded product is impaired. There is a problem. In any of the methods described above, since the surface material is fixed to the mold surface for molding the surface side of the molded product, the treatment for such fixing is performed on the surface of the surface material, It causes a bad influence on the appearance of the molded product and does not directly contribute to the improvement of the mass production technology of the partially laminated molded product.

In the present invention as described above, the following molding procedure can be adopted. The die on the moving side is moved to open the die, and the skin material is attached to a predetermined position in the die on the fixed side having the injection port for the molten resin. At this time, if the mold is provided with a temporary fixing means such as a vacuum suction port that sucks and temporarily fixes the skin material, the work of mounting the skin material can be a simple operation, and the mounting work can be automated. Becomes From the completely closed position to the compression allowance (for example, 1 to 50 m
Move the mold on the moving side to the position before m), and block the rear of the mold on the moving side so as not to open the mold. The injection device is driven to fill the molten resin into the mold, and by filling the molten resin, the skin surface material is moved from the fixed side mold to the moving side mold and is moved by the internal pressure of the molten resin. Press on the mold surface of the side mold. A predetermined time (for example, 0.1 to 0.1) from the start of filling the molten resin.
After about 1.0 second), the internal pressure of the molten resin becomes sufficiently large, and the skin surface material is pressed against the molten resin and does not fall by gravity without using the temporary fixing means.
The operation of the temporary fixing means is stopped. When the temporary fixing means for sucking the skin surface material with the vacuum suction port is adopted, if the suction force of the temporary fixing means is sufficiently smaller than the internal pressure of the molten resin, the internal pressure of the molten resin is Since the skin material is moved against the suction force, the operation of the temporary fixing means may be continued as it is. Immediately before or after the completion of filling, the mold on the moving side is clamped and moved to perform a compression process, and the resin inside is spread by the compressive force of the mold clamping to fill the mold. The resin is cooled while maintaining the above-described compressive force, and after the resin is sufficiently cooled and solidified, the mold is opened and the molded product is taken out.

In the present invention as described above, the skin surface material temporarily fixed to the mold surface having the injection port is
It moves to the mold surface opposite to the mold surface. Therefore, it becomes possible to temporarily fix the back surface side of the skin surface material, and the processing for temporary fixing is performed on the back surface side of the skin surface material or the molded product. Even if you process
It does not adversely affect the appearance of the molded product. For example, even if a double-sided adhesive tape is attached to the back surface and the surface material is temporarily fixed to the mold surface, the double-sided adhesive tape is not exposed on the surface of the surface material and does not adversely affect the appearance of the molded product. . Further, the surface of the skin material is formed with the molten resin along the mold surface for molding the front side of the molded product and forms the same surface as the surface of the other part of the molded product, so that the end surface of the skin material may be exposed. Also from this point, the appearance of the molded product is not adversely affected. Further, the skin surface material is temporarily fixed to the mold surface with a double-sided adhesive tape or the like until it is filled with the molten resin, and after being filled with the molten resin, it is fixed to the mold surface by the internal pressure of the molten resin. Since the position of the skin material does not shift during molding and it does not need to protrude outside the mold, there is no need for post-processing to cut unnecessary parts outside the mold, which allows the above-mentioned purpose to be achieved. To be achieved.

In this embodiment described above, injection compression molding is automatically performed in the following procedure. When the injection compression molding machine 1 is started, the mold 20 is opened, and the transfer / mounting device 30 mounts the skin material 3 on the temporary fixing part 27 of the fixed mold part 20A, and then the mold 20.
Closes. At this time, as shown in FIG.
20B is stopped at a position V 1 to 50 mm before the completely closed position U, and the compression margin W remains. Then, the rear part of the movable mold part 20B is blocked so as not to open the mold. Next, the injection device 10 is driven and the molten resin 2
The filling step of filling the inside of the cavity 25 of the mold 20 with the is started. By filling the molten resin 2, the skin surface material 3
7 gradually moves away from the fixed mold section 20A to the movable mold section 20B as shown in FIG. Then, when the molten resin 2 reaches the outer peripheral edge of the temporary fixing portion 27, the skin surface material 3 is completely separated from the fixed mold portion 20A as shown in FIG. It is pressed against the mold surface of the movable mold part 20B. At this time, the internal pressure of the molten resin 2 pushes the valve body 43 of the vacuum pad 41, and the pushed valve body
Since 43 closes the vacuum suction port 40, the vacuum suction port 40 has no suction force, and the entire skin surface material 3 is movable mold part 20B.
It moves to the side, and even a part does not remain on the fixed mold part 20A side. Subsequently, the mold clamping device is driven immediately before or immediately after the completion of this filling step, and the compression step is started. In this compression step, as shown in FIG. 9, the movable mold part 20B

Further, the temporary fixing means is not limited to the one comprising a vacuum suction port, but may be a double-sided adhesive tape stuck to the mold surface of the mold or an adhesive coated. By adopting such a temporary fixing means, it is possible to temporarily fix even a skin material that has good air permeability and cannot be temporarily fixed by the vacuum suction port. Further, the temporary fixing means is not limited to one including only the vacuum suction port, and as shown in FIG. 13, a vacuum pad 54 having a vacuum suction port 53, and a pin 55 punctured by the skin surface material 3. It may be a combination of. By doing so, even if the skin surface material 3 may move due to the flow of the molten resin due to the high injection pressure, the displacement of the skin surface material 3 can be prevented. As another method of temporarily fixing the skin material, a thin needle is provided and the needle is temporarily fixed while preventing the skin material from falling, or the back surface of the skin material or the back side of the molded product is fixed. It is also possible to adopt a method of temporarily fixing by spraying an adhesive, an adhesive or the like on the mold surface to be molded.

Further, when the skin surface material is a porous skin surface material which is weak to heat and easily penetrates the molten resin, a thermoplastic film which is originally unnecessary as the skin surface material is used as a porous skin surface material. You may attach it to the back side. By doing so, it is possible to temporarily fix even with the vacuum suction port, prevent heat damage to the porous skin material, and since the surface of the porous skin material appears as it is, the partially laminated molded product originally intended. Can be obtained.
