Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 二対の被制御端子及び単一の制御端子を有し順方向バイ
    アス下にて導通する能動素子と、入出力端間に帰還回路
    を有しかつ前記能動素子のいずれか一方の被制御端子に
    接続された増幅回路と、特性可変指令に応じて前記能動
    素子に逆バイアスを与える手段と、前記一方の被制御端
    子と制御端子との間に接続されたインピーダンス素子と
    を含むことを特徴とする特性可変増幅回路。
