Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. それぞれ特性の等しい第１及び第２の半導体スイッチと
    それぞれ抵抗値の等しい第１及び第２の抵抗と差動増幅
    器とから成り、該差動増幅器の非反転及び反転入力端子
    はそれぞれ前記第１及び第２の抵抗を介して接地すると
    共に、前記第゛１の半導体スイッチで開閉された入力信
    号を上記差動増幅器の一方の入力端子に印加し、上記差
    動増幅器の出力信号を第２の半導体スイッチを介して上
    記差動増幅器に負帰還することを特徴とする半導体スイ
    ッチ回路。
