Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain an electrically conductive plastic corrugated board sheet in line by a method wherein molten resin is extruded and simultaneously co-extruded heat bonding plastic film/electrically conductive film are delivered onto an inner core so as to laminate to the inner core formed by extruding molten resin on an endless belt. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, molten resin 12 is extruded from a T-die 11 on an endless belt 13 with a large number of recessed holes thereon and sucked from below the belt so as to form the inner core 14 of a corrugated board sheet. Secondly, molten resin 16 is extruded from a T-die 15 and simultaneously a film 17 consisting in co-extruding heat bonding plastic film/electrically conductive film is delivered onto the inner core. Thirdly, the resultant resin and film assembly is fixed by pressure with a roll 18. Finally, a plastic film is pasted onto the other side of the inner core 14 in order to obtain the titled electrically conductive plastic corrugated board sheet.

As a result of research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor has discovered the first
The molten resin is extruded from the T-die onto an endless belt with many holes in a concave shape, and is sucked from the bottom of the belt to form the center core of the corrugated pole sheet.
According to the method of extruding a molten resin from a T-die, simultaneously feeding out a coextruded film of a heat-adhesive plastic film/conductive film, and laminating the coextruded film through the melt-extruded resin layer, it can be efficiently done in-line. It was discovered that a conductive plastic corrugated board sheet can be obtained during the manufacturing process of a corrugated board sheet, and the present invention was completed based on this knowledge.

That is, the method for producing a conductive plastic corrugated sheet of the present invention involves extruding molten resin from a first T-die onto an endless belt with many concave holes, and sucking it from the bottom of the belt to form the core of the corrugated sheet. Then, the molten resin is extruded from a second T-die onto the formed core, and at the same time, a coextruded film of heat-adhesive plastic film/conductive film is fed out, and the above-mentioned It includes the step of laminating coextruded films.

Next, in the present invention, as the heat-adhesive plastic or film, it is preferable to use the same material as the base material of the plastic corrugated sheet from the viewpoint of adhesive strength after heat-bonding.
Plastics having a higher density than the base material of the plastic corrugated sheet are particularly preferred since adequate heat resistance is required during the thermal bonding process.
