【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の技術分野〕
本考案は、アルミ容器を成形加工するために用
いられる容器成形用シートに関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a container forming sheet used for forming aluminum containers.
たとえばアルミニウムは展性を有するからアル
ミニウム箔を材料とした包装容器が冷間成形法で
作られている。上記包装容器はアルミニウムの具
有する特性で防湿性、ガス遮断性に優れ、医薬品
や常温流通食品を封入するために適しているが、
材料であるアルミニウム箔が薄いと、成形時に割
れが生じ易く、深絞り容器を作ることが難かし
く、またアルミニウム箔が厚いと容器としての適
当な剛性が得られず、しかもコスト高になつて実
用的ではない。

れる部分に成形後の戻り現象が生じ、成形された
容器が所望の形状を保ち得ないという難点があ

イラーを混入した厚さ150μ〜300μのプラスチツ
クシート3の間に厚さ40μ〜50μのアルミニウム
箔フイルム4を挾着接合してなる積層フイルムで

型および雌型を用いて冷間成形法で行なわれる
が、この場合プラスチツクシート3が容器の内面
になるように置かれる。したがつて成形容器のア
ルミニウム箔フイルム4の内側にプラスチツクシ
ート3が位置され、アルミニウム箔の成形時のア
ルミニウム箔の戻り現象を抑えることができる。
すなわちこれにより作られる成形容器は耐熱性に
富みかつ形くずれせず、レトルト製品を収容する

以上述べたように本考案によれば、成形後の収
縮応力を小さくし得るので、延伸フイルムの戻り
応力を抑え形くずれのない深絞りの成形容器を作
ることができ、また収縮応力の小さいことによ
り、絞りコーナ部分の剥離防止効果があり、しか
も耐熱性に富むから、レトルト容器に適用し得る
という効果を奏する。
