【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) インバータにより容量制御可能にした圧縮
機、冷暖房切換用四方弁、室内熱交換器、膨張機
構、および室外熱交換器を閉ループに連結して冷
媒回路を構成する冷暖房ヒートポンプ装置におい
て、上記圧縮機と上記四方弁間に設けられ、圧縮
機から吐出される冷媒の流路を切り換える切換弁
と、この切換弁の吐出ポートと上記膨張機構の両
端側間に電磁弁を介して接続され貯湯槽の上部か
ら下部にわたつて配設された第1の加熱コイルと
、上記貯湯槽の上部の水温を検知する上部温度検
知器と、上記貯湯槽の下部の水温を検知する下部
温度検知器と、上記上部温度検知器および下部温
度検知器の検知出力並びにタイマによる時刻とか
ら上記電磁弁および切換弁の切り換えを行つて上
記第1の加熱コイルあるいは第2の加熱コイルへ
の冷媒流通の切り換えを行うタイマ付き制御装置
とを設けたことを特徴とする冷暖房・給湯ヒート
ポンプ装置。 (2) 第1の加熱コイルは貯湯槽の上部に冷媒入
口を有し、貯湯槽の下部に冷媒出口を有するとと
もに、第2の加熱コイルは貯湯槽の下部に冷媒の
出入口を有することを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(1)項記載の冷暖房・給湯ヒートポン
プ装置。 (3) 第1および第2の加熱コイルは冷媒入口か
ら冷媒出口まで貯湯槽内部でらせん状に配置され
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1
)項又は第(2)項記載の冷暖房・給湯ヒートポンプ
装置。 (4) タイマ付き制御装置は設定時間内および緊
急時には貯湯槽内の温度検知に上部温度検知器を
用いて第1の加熱コイルへの流路を開き、この設
定時間以外の給湯加熱運転時には貯湯槽内の温度
検知に下部温度検知器を用いて第2の加熱コイル
への流路を開くことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
