る活性剤を配合した茸の培養基に関するものである。

当なすき開をつくり空気を保持し、菌糸が充分に伸びら
れる空隙を設けると共に、通気性を良好とし、かつ粒子
内によ(水分を吸着する等の物理的効果を高めて、菌糸
の繁殖を旺盛にし、茸の育成をよくするために使われる
ものであるが、周囲の雰 ・囲気や取扱上の不手際によ
り含水量が変化し不均衡になり易く、又過湿によりすき
間が縮少して通気性並びに菌糸の伸びを阻害する」米糠
は菌糸の栄養源であるが、成分中に含まれる茸の栄1!
源となる脂肪やビタミンB及びニコチン酸は温度や湿度
が高いと分解し易(、特に脂肪分は湿度の上昇により加
水分解して遊離酸になり易いので、前記の如く鋸屑の温
湿度の変化によって菌糸の生育に多大の悪影響を及ぼす
等の問題点があった。

により通気性を良好とし、又活性剤の吸収する水分によ
り培養基の部分的過飽を防止して菌糸の発育及び茸の発
生を促進するものである。
