A collapsible column bracket provided on a steering column, into which a collapsible steering shaft is rotatably inserted, is attached to a vehicle body bracket provided on a vehicle body so that it moves forward of the vehicle when an impact is applied to the steering wheel, and the column bracket is attached to a vehicle body bracket provided on the vehicle body so that the column bracket moves forward of the vehicle when an impact is applied to the steering wheel.
