Claims (1)
てテイルトのための回動可能に支持され、同じく
コラムチユーブの上部はアツパブラケツトによつ
てテイルト操作及びそのロツク可能に支持された
テイルトステアリングコラムにおいて、前記のア
ツパブラケツトは、コラムチユーブに対してその
軸線に沿つて押下げる方向の衝撃荷重が加わつた
ときに剪断するブレークアウエイ部材によつて車
体側に固定する一方、前記のロアブラケツトはそ
の一端を車体側に固定し、かつ他端にテイルト軸
を支持するとともに、車体側に対する固定箇所の
近くに前記の衝撃荷重によつて曲げ変形してこの
衝撃エネルギーを吸収する変形部を備えているこ
とを特徴としたテイルトステアリングコラムのエ
ネルギー吸収装置。 The lower part of the column tube is rotatably supported for tailing by a lower bracket, and the upper part of the column tube is rotatably supported by an upper bracket for tilt operation and locking.
