Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 静電誘導サイリスタのゲートとカソード端
    子間に接続して使用する過電圧抑制用チツプを静
    電誘導サイリスタペレツトと共に平形ケース内に
    収納し、前記過電圧抑制用チツプを静電誘導サイ
    リスタのカソード電極に固着して前記静電誘導サ
    イリスタペレツトのゲートとカソードに電気的に
    接続するように構成したことを特徴とする半導体
    装置。 (2) 静電誘導サイリスタペレツトには中央部と
    周縁部とにゲートを有し、これら両ゲートを接続
    するためのゲート取り出し電極を介して、カソー
    ド電極中央部に固着された過電圧抑制用チツプが
    導電性を有する加圧ばねにより前記中央部のゲー
    トから加圧されるごとく構成した実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第(1)項記載の半導体装置。
