クアンドピニオン式ステアリングギヤにおいて、
前記ラツクチユーブ側部材とラツク軸側部材とが
重なり合う部分に、ストローク規制用スペーサと
緩衝部材とを一体に設けてなる緩衝構造体を介装
させ、前記緩衝部材は、スペーサの厚み方向に突
出し、且つ、押圧時の変形を吸収し得る空隙部を
設けたことを特徴とするラツクアンドピニオン式
