Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、砕石床の基盤として使用される弾性材料から
なるマットに関し、その上面にマットとは異なる材料か
らなる層を備えている。この種のマットは、衝撃音の減
衰を生じさせるために１砕石床および線路を路床やトン
ネル壁またはトラフ壁に対して弾性に支持するのに使用
される。
従来の技術 前述した種類の公知のマットでは、上面に塑性変形可能
な材料からなる層、たとえばビチューメン層を備えてい
る（西Ｖイツ国実用新案第８０　１３　７７９号）。砕
石はこの層中へそれ自体るる程度押込まれ５るので、多
かれ少かれすべりのない堆積が達成される。かかる公知
マットの根本的な欠点は、縁の鋭い砕石が短時間にマッ
トそれ自体の中に侵入し、これによつてマットが破壊さ
れ、最終的にはマットはたんに顆粒状で存在するにすぎ
なくなることである。
しかし、粒状にされたマットはもはや衝撃音を減衰でき
ない。
もう一つの公知方法は、上面に、砕石がマットに侵入す
るのを阻止する機能を有する金属板を備えている（西ド
イツ国特許公開公報第３１２１　９４６）。英ＭＫ、こ
のマットは特に高い衝撃音減衰を保証する；しかしこの
マットはめまり可撓性でないので、比較的短い長さで設
置個所に運搬することができるにすぎない。
発明解決しようとする問題点 本発明の根底をなすｌ１題は、冒頭で述べた種類のマッ
トを、衝撃音の十分な減衰を保証し、砕石の侵入を阻止
しかつ長尺物で狭い設置個所に運搬するために巻き上げ
ることができるよう＆Ｃ構成することでらる６ 問題点を解決するための手段 この課題は特許請求範囲第１項に記載された発明、即ち
マットの上面に織物から成る層が形成されていることに
よって解決される。
さらに、マットの上面に設けられる織物は共振振動数を
、しかも織物の種類やマット中でのその配置によって顕
著に調歪できる。これによって、それぞれの要件による
衝撃音の減衰をこのマットによって惹起することができ
る。
本発明の有利な実施態様は、特許請求範囲第２項゛から
第４項までに記載されている。
本発明を、マットの断面を示す図面につき詳述する。
実施例 図面に示されているマット１はその上面に二層・織物か
ら形成される層２を備え、その際織物（層２）や各層の
間に弾性材料からなる中間層３が設けられている。二層
載物からなる層２の上部に弾性材料からなるカバープレ
ー）　４７が設げられており、その厚さｄは中間層３の
厚さＤの約半分である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、砕石床の基盤として使用される弾性材料からなるマ
    ットであって、その下面に突起を備え、その上面にマッ
    トとは異なる材料からなる層を有するマットにおいて、
    マット（１）の上面にある層（２）が織物から形成され
    ていることを特徴とする、弾性材料からなるマット。 ２、層（２）が多層織物からなり、その際個々の織物層
    の間に弾性材料からなる中間層が設けられている、特許
    請求範囲第１項記載のマット。 ３、層（２）の上面に弾性材料からなるカバープレート
    （４）を備え、このカバープレートの厚さ（ｄ）は、織
    物層（２）の個々の層の間に設けられた弾性材料からな
    る中間層（３）の厚さ（Ｄ）の約半分である、特許請求
    範囲第１項または第２項記載のマット。 ４、少なくとも、層（２）の上面に配置されているカバ
    ープレート（４）に織物が添加されている、特許請求範
    囲第３項記載のマット。
