- 複数振動子を半円筒または円筒状に配列してな
る広範囲の指向特性を有する超音波送受波器にお
いて、周波数の異なる少くとも２種類の振動子の
複数個が、各種類の振動子が同一平面となるよう
にかつ複数の振動子が半円筒または円筒状に配列
されたことを特徴とする超音波送受波器。
