来の方法により製造した芯材を示す斜視図及び一

Claims (1)
- 主軸に取付けられ、樹脂を含浸した連続長繊維
を巻取つてステアリングホイール芯材を製造する
治具において、前記芯材のリング部に対応する断
面略半円状の周溝と、前記リング部とスポーク部
との分岐部分に対応して前記周溝より半径方向に
半楕円状に切欠かれた切欠溝とを備えた第１治具
と、この第１治具に合わせ、固定され、前記第１
治具の周溝に対応する周溝と、前記切欠溝に対応
する溝とを有する第２治具とにより構成したこと
を特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製ステアリングホイー
ル芯材の製造用治具。
