デンサを前記非反転増幅回路の帰還回路に挿入す
る第2切換手段とを備えることを特徴とする測定

設けられ各測定電流によつて個々に充電される測
定信号充電コンデンサの充電電圧を、順次切換え
て前記非反転増幅回路に与える第1スイツチと、
前記非反転増幅回路の入力ラインと基準電位点と
の間に設ける第2スイツチとで構成されることを
