４２：めねじ部、５，１１：鏡筒、５１：おねじ
部、６：ナツト、１０１，１０２，１１１，１１
２：段部、１０３：凹部、１０１ａ：凹溝、１０
１ｂ：注入孔、１０２ａ，１１２ａ：平滑層、１
２：接着剤。

Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザと、該半導体レーザの出射光を平
行光束化するコリメータレンズと、該コリメータ
レンズを保持する鏡筒と、該鏡筒を内装支持する
ホルダとを有し、前記鏡筒の一端部を前記ホルダ
に固定するとともに、該鏡筒の他端部を該ホルダ
に摺動可能に嵌合支持したレーザユニツトであつ
て、前記鏡筒の他端部外周面および該鏡筒の他端
部を支持する前記ホルダの内周面の双方又は一方
に平滑層を設けたことを特徴とするレーザユニツ
ト。
