来のレーザユニツトを示す断面図である。 １：半導体レーザ、２：放熱部材、３：電子冷
却装置、４，１０：ホルダ、４１：小径円筒部、
４２：めねじ部、５，１１：コリメータレンズ鏡
筒、５１：おねじ部、６：ナツト、１０１：第１
の段部、１０２：第２の段部、１０１ａ：凹溝、
１０１ｂ：注入孔、１１１：第３の段部、１１２
：第４の段部、１３：Ｏリング、１４：接着剤。

Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザと、該半導体レーザの出射光を平
行光束化するコリメータレンズと、該コリメータ
レンズを保持する鏡筒と、該鏡筒を内装支持する
ホルダとを有し、前記鏡筒の一端部を前記ホルダ
に固定したレーザユニツトにおいて、前記鏡筒の
自由端部側に円環状の弾性部材を装着し、該弾性
部材を介して該鏡筒の自由端部を前記ホルダに支
持せしめるように構成したことを特徴とするレー
ザユニツト。
