Generally, in order to ablate tissue to be excised within a body cavity, such as a polyp site, using high-frequency current, a loop-shaped conductive wire is inserted into the body cavity, and an electrode is placed in contact with the outer surface of the human body. After engaging the loop portion of the wire with the polyp,
A high-frequency cutting tool is used to cut the polyp by passing a high-frequency current between the wire and the electrode.

By the way, as a conventional high-frequency cutting tool, the first
As shown in the figure, the operating member 2 is movably inserted into a flexible mantle tube, and a wire 3 is provided in a loop shape at the tip of the operating member 2. When the operating member 2 is advanced, the elastic force of the wire 3 itself There is a device in which the loop portion of the wire 3 is opened by opening the loop portion of the wire 3. However, with such a configuration, there is a limit to how much the loop portion of the wire 3 can open, and not only can it not be opened very widely, but if it is repeatedly used, the elastic force of the wire 3 will deteriorate, and the degree of opening will become even smaller. There was a drawback.

Therefore, in order to eliminate such drawbacks, the second
As shown in the figure, there is a stopper 4 on the inner surface of the tip of the mantle tube 1.
A slider 5 is slidably provided between the stopper 4 and the tip end surface of the operating member 2, and a through hole 6 is bored in the slider 5. Moreover, the wire 3 is
One end thereof is connected to the tip of the operating member 2, and the middle part is inserted into the through hole 6 of the slider 5, bent, and connected to the slider 5. There is also a device in which the wire 3 is formed into a loop by moving the operating member 2 forward as shown by the arrow in FIG. However, according to such a configuration, although the loop portion of the wire 3 can be opened to an arbitrary size, the direction of the loop portion, that is, the direction of the surface formed by the loop portion of the wire 3 cannot be changed by the loop portion. Even if the operating member 2 is rotated in order to engage the polyp, the slider 5 is pressed by the operating member 2 and is in contact with the stopper 4, so the slider 5 resists frictional resistance with the stopper 4. It does not rotate smoothly. Therefore, even if the operating member 2 is rotated, the wire 3 is only twisted, and the direction of the loop portion of the wire 3 cannot be changed in accordance with the operation of the operating member 2, resulting in extremely poor operability. It was hot.

The present invention was developed based on the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to provide performance and performance that allows the loop portion of the wire to be opened sufficiently wide and the direction of this loop portion to be reliably and easily changed. An object of the present invention is to provide a high-frequency cutting tool with excellent operability.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 3 to 6. In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes a hollow mantle tube made of a flexible material. A similarly hollow operating member 12 is slidably inserted into the mantle tube 11. This operating member 12
is formed of a material, such as a coil, that allows the other end to rotate reliably when one end protruding from the proximal side of the mantle tube 11 is rotated. A wire 13 is inserted into the hollow portion of this operating member 12 . One end of this wire 13 is led out to the proximal side of the mantle tube 11, and the other end is connected to the tip of the operating member 12 via a bent portion 14 located on the tip side.

Therefore, when the above-mentioned high-frequency cutting tool is used to excise the polyp a in the body cavity, the operating member 12 is retracted within the mantle tube 11 as shown in FIG. It is introduced into the body cavity through the endoscope channel. Thereafter, the operating member 12 is advanced within the mantle tube 11 as shown in FIG.
When only the operating member 12 is advanced within the hollow part of the operating member 12,
The wire 13 opens into a loop of a desired size depending on the amount of advance. At this time, it is only necessary that the looped wire 13 be oriented in such a way that it can be engaged with the polyp a, but if the orientation is deviated as shown in FIG.
If the rotation is operated on the proximal side, this rotation will be surely transmitted to the tip of the operating member 12.The other end of the wire 13 is connected to this tip, and the direction of the loop-shaped wire 13 formed is shown in Fig. 6. Change as shown in
Polyp a can be engaged. After this, although not shown, the wire 13 led out to the hand side
By pulling one end of the polyp to tighten the neck of the polyp a and then activating the high frequency generator, the polyp a can be excised.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. By pulling toward the proximal side, the end tube 15 engages with the distal end surface of the operating member 12, so that the operating member 12 is connected to the outer tube 11.
Since the wire 13 is pulled inward, the wire 13 can be reliably drawn into the mantle tube 11.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, if the operating member 12 is constructed by combining two coils 12a and 12b with opposite winding directions in a fitted state, this operating member 1
Even if the wire 2 is rotated left or right, the rotation can be reliably transmitted to the wire 13 of the wire 13.

As described above, in the present invention, a hollow operating member is slidably provided within a flexible mantle tube, a wire is inserted into the hollow part of the operating member, and one end of the wire is led out to the hand side. Since the other end is connected to the tip of the operating member via the bent portion, by sliding the wire, the size of the loop formed by the bent portion can be arbitrarily changed;
Further, by rotating the operating member, the direction of the wire can be changed so as to engage a target site such as a polyp. Therefore, it is possible to reliably engage and resect a polyp with the bent portion through a simple operation, which is a great practical effect.
