2. Description of the Related Art A treatment tool for an endoscope which is used by being inserted into a treatment tool insertion channel of an endoscope has a structure in which a long insertion member is inserted and arranged in a mantle tube so as to be able to advance and retreat in an axial direction. There are many things.

[0003] The operating device of such an endoscope treatment instrument is as follows.
Generally, two relatively movable finger hooks are provided, and an operator engages with a finger of the hand to move the long insertion member in the mantle tube in the axial direction.

[0004] However, in such a configuration, it may not be possible to fix the state in which the distal end of the mantle tube protrudes from the distal end of the endoscope by an appropriate length as it is. Therefore, there is one in which the proximal end of the mantle tube can be fixed to the entrance portion of the treatment instrument insertion channel (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-103433).

[0006] This is because the operating device of the treatment tool for an endoscope described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-103433 has a triple cylinder structure, and is provided on an outer tube fixed to an entrance portion of a treatment tool insertion channel. On the other hand, the inner cylinder can be fixed, but it is structurally impossible to fix the innermost cylinder.

For example, when the long insertion member is a puncture needle,
There is a case where it is desired to move only the mantle tube without moving the needle. Further, in the case where the long insertion member is a snare operation wire for cutting a polyp, there is a case where it is desired to move only the mantle tube without moving the snare operation wire.
