Claims (1)
- 第１吸気弁、第２吸気弁および第３吸気弁から
なる３個の吸気弁と、第１吸気通路、第２吸気通
路および第３吸気通路からなる３個の吸気通路と
を具備し、燃焼室内に旋回流を発生させるための
第１吸気通路が第１吸気弁を介して燃焼室内に連
結され、第２吸気弁を介して燃焼室内に連結され
た第２吸気通路内に機関高負荷運転時に開弁する
吸気制御弁を配置し、第３吸気弁を介して燃焼室
内に連結された第３吸気通路内に燃料噴射弁を配
置し、第１吸気弁および第２吸気弁が吸気行程の
上死点付近から圧縮行程始めまで開弁すると共に
第３吸気弁が吸気行程の中央付近から圧縮行程始
めまで開弁する燃料噴射式内燃機関において、第
１吸気弁および第２吸気弁の弁径を第３吸気弁の
弁径よりも大きくすると共に燃料噴射弁の燃料噴
射完了時期を機関回転数が増大するにつれて吸気
行程末期から吸気行程始めに向けて徐々に早める
ようにした複数吸気弁を具えた燃料噴射式内燃機
関。
