第１図は本考案の一実施例構成、第２図は第１図図示構
成において入力される信号と出力される信号とを説明す
る説明図、第３図Ａ， Ｂは夫々コンパレータに供給さ
れる信号を説明する説明図を示している。 また第４図および第５図は夫々従来の構成例、第６図お
よび第７図は夫々第４図および第５図図示構成の動作を
説明する説明図を示す。 丙中、１は受光素子、−３はコンパレータ、６は第１の
入力端子、７は第２の入力端子、８は出力端子、９は信
号入力端子、１０は電源端子、１１は接地端子、ＤＩ，
Ｄ２は夫々レベル・シフト用ダイオード、Ｃ１１は直流
成分カット用コンデンサ、ｚＤはツエナ・ダイオード、
Ｒ１１は帰還用抵抗、Ｒ１２はプル・アップ用抵抗を表
わしている占

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力信号の電圧レベルと閾値レベルとを比較して両者の
    大小に対応した電圧を出力するコンパレータを有する波
    形整形回路装置において、上記コンパレータの第１の入
    力端子と第２の入力端子との間に逆並列に接続した一対
    のレベノヒ・−シフト用ダイオード、上記第１の入力端
    子と信号入力端子との間にもうけられる直流成分カット
    用コンデンサ、上記コンパレータの出力端子と電源端子
    との間に接続されたプル・−アップ用抵抗、上記出力端
    子と上記第１の入力端子との間に接続された帰還用抵抗
    をそなえ、上記第２の入力端子に対して閾値レベルを供
    給すると共に当該閾値レベルに対して所定値分だけ大き
    い値と小さい値とを上記コンパレータの出力端子に現わ
    れた電圧と対応して上記第１の入力端子に印加するよう
    にしたことを特徴とする波形整形回路装置。
