１５ａは噴流波、１６は噴流板、１６ａは一端部
、１６ｂは回動先端部、１７は回動軸、１８は側
板、１９，２５，２６はボルト、２０はナツト、
２１，２７は透孔、２２は固定軸、２３は堰板、
２４は長孔、２８はねじ穴、Ｐはプリント基板で
ある。

Claims (1)
- はんだ槽内にはんだ融液を噴流口から噴出させ
る噴流槽を備えたはんだ付け装置において、前記
噴流口の外部の少なくとも一方にその長手方向が
プリント基板の走行方向と直角方向になるように
前記はんだ融液の噴流波を形成する噴流板を設け
、この噴流板の前記噴流口側の一端部を支点とし
て前記噴流板を回動するための回動手段を前記噴
流口に取り付けるとともに前記噴流板を所要位置
に固定する手段を設け、さらに前記噴流板の回動
先端部に上下動可能の堰板を設けるとともにこの
堰板を所要位置に固定する手段を設けたことを特
徴とする噴流式はんだ槽。
