The solder 4 does not penetrate sufficiently between the wires. Moreover, the solder 4 does not adhere well to the outer surface of the aluminum core wire 2, and even if it is inserted into the solder cap 5 and heated and soldered, it is not properly welded.

If the solder cap 3 and the aluminum core wire 2 are not properly soldered, they will easily come off when vibration, shock, or other external force is applied, resulting in a lack of reliability.

That is, the heavy metals contained in 7lux 8 precipitate on the surface of aluminum when heated to form an alloy layer. In other words, the flux 8 breaks the oxide film on the aluminum surface, and a metal film of an alloy with aluminum is formed on it, and the solder 4 is welded onto it.

0(Effects of the Invention) Since the solder 4 sufficiently penetrates between the aluminum core wires 2, the cross-sectional area of the joint can be secured to be equal to or larger than the aluminum core wire itself. In addition, since the aluminum core a2 and the solder cap 3 are sufficiently welded, they are extremely strong against vibrations, shocks, etc.
