Claims (1)
- 導電パターンが形成された絶縁基板上の所定位
置に半導体素子を含む部材を固定する接着剤をメ
ツシユスクリーンのメツシユ窓を介して塗布する
半導体製造装置において、上記メツシユスクリー
ンは接着剤の被着予定部の面積に対するメツシユ
窓の有効開口面積の比を異ならせたことを特徴と
する半導体製造装置。
