Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 磁性体でなるプランジヤ、該プランジヤを
    所定の軸方向に移動自在に支持する非磁性体でな
    るスリーブ、前記プランジヤの移動方向一端の面
    と対向し一部に流路が形成された磁性体でなるヨ
    ーク、前記プランジヤと前記ヨークとの対向部に
    設けられた弁手段、及び前記プランジヤと前記ヨ
    ークとの両者にまたがつて配置された電気コイル
    、を備える電磁弁ユニツト； を、前記プランジヤの移動軸方向に複数重ねて構
    成した電磁弁装置。 (2) プランジヤは、円柱形状の外周面の一部を
    少なくとも３か所、その軸方向に沿つて削除した
    形状である、前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
    項記載の電磁弁装置。 (3) 電気コイルは、環形状で、その中心軸と直
    交する軸の方向に配置した第１の電極、該第１の
    電極と実質上平行に第１の電極の隣りに配置した
    第２の電極を備え；互いに隣り合う電磁弁ユニツ
    トの電気コイルが、互いに裏返しに配置され、か
    つ一方の電気コイルの第１の電極と他方の電気コ
    イルの第１の電極とが互いに対向する状態に位置
    決めされた、前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
    項又は第(2)項記載の電磁弁装置。
