Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 界磁磁石に電磁結合されるコイルを持つたコイ
    ルボビンをスプールに連結し、コイルへの電流印
    加による電磁吸引作用によりスプールを変位させ
    てポートを切換える直動型サーボ弁に於いて、ス
    プールのコイルボビン側端部に相対向する二つの
    スプリングを近接して介在させてスプールを互に
    反対方向に付勢させ、スプールのコイルボビンと
    反対側の端部を磁石内に挿入すると共にスプール
    端部外周と磁石との間の隙間に磁性流体を介在さ
    せたことを特徴とする直動型サーボ弁。
