- コアにコイルが巻装されてなる電磁石と、この
電磁石に所定間隔を保つて対向配置され、流体中
に配置されるアーマチユアと、このアーマチユア
の上記電磁石に対向する面に形成される溝とを具
備したことを特徴とする高速応答ソレノイド。
