(Prior Art) Conventionally, this type of looper is made by assembling light-shielding metal plates or woodblock looper plates (&) in a lattice shape, as shown in Fig. 11. Due to top and manufacturing considerations, it is impossible to make the plate thickness extremely thin, and the intervals between the louver plates cannot be made close to each other. Therefore, in order to reduce the shading angle, it is necessary to increase the width of the louver plate, but due to the weight and size of the louper, it is impossible to increase the width beyond a certain level, so it is necessary to keep the width constant and reduce the shading angle. In order to do this, it is necessary to move the louver itself away from the light source, which makes the entire lighting device bulky.
There were problems such as the installation location was limited, the construction work was complicated, and the loss of illuminance was large.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As a means for achieving this, the present invention provides a light-shielding partition film in the thickness direction on a light-transmitting plate body, and a light-transmitting part separated by small sections is formed on the plate surface. The looper is formed entirely, and as a means for manufacturing the same, a laminate is constructed by laminating and pasting light-transmitting thin plates on which a light-shielding metal thin film is formed on the surface, and then the laminate is moved in a direction perpendicular to the laminated surface. Either cut it into thin plates and form a plate-like louver with a light-transmitting part divided into small sections. Alternatively, a light-transmitting rod-like body with a light-shielding metal thin film formed on the surface is pasted in a focused manner to form a bundle. The idea is to form a plate-like louver having a light-transmitting section of a small section by thinly cutting it in a direction 'perpendicular to the focusing direction of the focusing body.

1 to 6 show a first embodiment of the present invention. First, as shown in FIG. )
A light-shielding metal coating (2) is plated or vacuum-deposited on one or both sides of the surface to form a light-shielding layer, and a large number of these thin plates (1) are bonded together to form a metal coating (2) as shown in Figure 2. )
is formed into a laminate (3) sandwiched in a sandwich shape, and then this laminate (3) is cut into films in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the laminate 1, and the surfaces of each are polished smooth. A light-shielding metal coating (2) similar to the above-mentioned metal coating (2) is plated or vacuum-deposited on one or both sides of the surface, and as shown in FIG. 2) is sandwiched in a lattice shape to form a nine-thick block body (4)K, and as shown in FIG. After cutting into a film shape and polishing its surface smooth, a transparent film-like thin plate (5) is attached with adhesive to one or both sides of the cut surface to form a metal coating, as shown in Figure fJ4. A thin plate-like louver (7) having a large number of light-transmitting parts (6) divided into small sections according to (2) is completed (see FIG. 5).

In the first embodiment, the light-shielding metal coating was formed in a lattice shape, but the laminate is not limited to the lattice shape, and the metal coating is arranged in a slit-like manner to form light-transmitting parts. (3) may be cut into a film shape in a direction perpendicular to the laminated surface, and the cut surface may be polished and a thin plate (5) may be attached to form a thin plate looper (7) (see Figure 9). .

(Effects of the Invention) As described above in detail with respect to the embodiments, the present invention is capable of isolating the light-transmitting part into small sections using an extremely thin louver and a light-shielding metal thin film. Therefore, it is possible to package items with a smaller shading angle than conventional ones, and
The looper can be mounted close to the light source, resulting in less glare and less loss of illuminance. Furthermore, since it is lightweight and thin, it can be used not only for general illumination, but also for display boards, making it possible to obtain a display device that can be recognized only from a specific direction. Since it is manufactured as described above, it has various excellent effects such as being able to produce highly accurate small-section transparent parts extremely easily, and being able to provide a robust looper at a low cost. It is.
