Abstract
The reflecting face of a sheet of material (2) is applied to a mould (1) whose surface is of the desired shape, and held against it. The sheet is coated with glue, and a layer of honeycomb structure (3) is then applied to the glue. Finally a second sheet (4) is glued to the honeycomb structure, to form a sandwich assembly. One or more other sandwiches can be applied to the first sandwich. The design gives a lightweight structure which is simply and rapidly produced.
