光の波長(λ0)のλ0/4の光学的膜厚をもつ
λ0/4高屈折率薄膜、低屈折率物質よりなる反
射したい光の波長(λ0)のλ0/4の光学的膜
厚をもつλ0/4低屈折率薄膜の順で交互に積層
される2層以上の光学多層膜であつて、少なくと
も一層の該λ0/4低屈折率薄膜の光学的膜厚は
1.06λ0/4以上で1.09λ0/4以下で
