(従来技術)
本出願人はさきに粉体、顆粒体の連続充填筒状製袋装置
(特公昭54−715号公報)を開発したが、このもの
は粉体を一時停止せしめるとともに筒状袋体を横シール
するための一時停止押圧兼熱シール部材を、前記筒状袋
体全形成する筒状壁体の直下に設けることにより、計量
機からの包装すべき所定量の粉体の大部分を前記筒状壁
体内にある状態で受止めるようにして粉体を安定した状
態で移送できるようにするとともに核部における筒状袋
体の横シールも併せ行うようにして横シール部への粉体
の入り込みを防止するようにしたものであるが、前記装
置における一時停止押圧兼熱シール部材は第7図示の如
く単に一方がゴム等の弾性体間で形成され、他方が金属
加熱盤31で形成されただけのものであつ之ため、前記
金属加熱盤31の押圧を受ける弾性体Iの受面32(特
に前記金属加熱盤31の上下ニップ部33に当接する部
分)が弾性体の弾性により第8図示の如く弧状に湾曲し
てしまい金属加熱盤31の押圧面33の形状に正確にな

縦型熱シール手段の間の筒状壁体の直下に位置し、前記
横型熱シール手段により押圧熱シールされる部位を、所
定の水平方向開放・閉合運動を行う駆動機構により前記
横型熱シール手段の開放状態時に、両側より挾持押圧熱
シールし、かつ上記横型熱シール手段の閉合状態時にそ
の押圧状態を開放する一対の一時停止押圧兼熱シール手
段を備えた粉体の連続充填筒状製袋装置であつて、前記
一時停止押圧兼熱シール手段の一方を弾性体となし、該
弾性体のシール受面を金属細線製細目状金網にて被覆す
るとともに他方を金属加熱盤となしたことを特徴とする
